The arrival of December transforms the Guadiato municipality of Villaharta, wrapping it in a festive, supportive atmosphere full of magic. The Christmas program invites young and old to intensely enjoy its streets and common spaces, making every activity a reason for a neighborhood gathering.
The celebrations officially kick off with the charming “Welcome Christmas” event, where neighbors and visitors gather around a large hot chocolate. The atmosphere warms up with the unmistakable voices of local groups, such as the beloved “Virgin Mary” Choir and various flamenco groups that set the pace for the festivities. In addition, culture always has a special place, offering everything from fun poetic clown performances to children’s theatrical plays and family cinema.

Youth Solidarity
The Christmas spirit shines thanks to the Casóbriga Youth Association, which traditionally organizes “Operation Kilo,” going door-to-door to collect non-perishable food for the Food Bank.
Flamenco Zambomba
The nights are filled with art and carols with the long-awaited “Flamenco Zambomba” in the Multi-purpose Building. A moment to sing, clap, and enjoy our Andalusian folklore in the community.
Kings’ Night
The grand finale arrives with the visit of the Royal Postman and the magical Three Kings Parade. Melchior, Gaspar, and Balthasar tour the town distributing toys, candies, and a lot of excitement.
To say goodbye to the year, the municipality also organizes a great New Year’s Eve Party in the early hours of January 1st, with live music and DJs to welcome the new year dancing until dawn in the Multi-purpose Building.
