Hierro is a culinary tribute to the land where it is located and to the wealth that emanates from it. The restaurant seeks to recover flavors and knowledge of yesteryear, using healthy products generated in its surroundings.

Designed by chef Máximo Doval del Rey, the menu mixes avant-garde and tradition and recovers age-old recipes, bringing them closer to the public and bringing back memories of aromas and sensations experienced in other times. Dishes such as chickpeas with pig’s trotters or tripe, cod mojete, partridge broth, and many of the stews that are being lost today.

The wine list gives a nod to different D.O. of Spain, where a Montilla-Moriles, local wine, is not lacking. The restaurant, with capacity for 40 diners, is a cheerful space with simple decoration that maintains the classic aesthetics of the farmhouses of yesteryear.
